Hello, my name is Melissa, and I am a creative professional based in Northeast Texas.
Born in Mexico and raised in Texas, I cherish simple joys: cats making biscuits, Dr. Pepper, and the worlds of fantasy and sci-fi novels. I read, journal, and draw in my spare time, and I'm enthusiastic about crafting—crochet, paper crafts, and printmaking. Beyond my creative pursuits, I share my home with two orange cats—one of which found me last winter, courtesy of the infamous cat distribution system. They have since taken over my house, my heart, and a good portion of my workspace.
I am always eager to learn, experiment, and bring new ideas to life through my work.
